Chicken Sauce

Ingredients of Chicken Sauce:

  • 7 fresh tomatoes
  • 5 fresh pepper
  • 1 medium onions
  • to taste salt
  • 2 cube knorr
  • 1/2 cksp veg oil
  • dash oregano
  • 1/2 kg chicken

Method for "Chicken Sauce":

  1. Wash chicken, spice to taste and parboil till chicken is tender then set aside
  2. Wash pepper, onions and tomatoes and dice them and set aside; heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and once its hot, add onions and stir for about 2 minutes then add the parboiled chicken and fry for about 7-10minutes
  3. Add tomatoes and pepper and stir together leave it to fry for about 5 minutes before stiring then add salt, knorr cube and dash of oregano
  4. Allow it cook for another 5minutes then remove from heat and serve chicken sauce with white rice
