Ingredients of Beans Porridge:
- 2 cups Beans
- 1/2 cksp Palmoil
- to taste Salt
- 2 knorr cubes
- 1 onions diced
- 2 tbsp Crayfish blended
- 6 Fresh pepper diced
- 1 dry fish
Method for "Beans Porridge":
- Clean and wash beans then parboil and allow it cook till its tender; wash dry fish properly and set aside
- As the beans starts boiling add sliced onion, dry fish and salt; Leave it to boil for at least 15minutes
- Check the beans to make sure it's tender. once it's tender add crayfish, knorr cube and fresh pepper.
- Allow to boil for 10minutes; pour in palmoil and cover the pot and allow it simmer for about 7-10minutes.
- Stir and taste for salt, cook for another 2 to 5mins then add turn off and serve.
