Ingredients of Pindi Chana Burrito:

  • 1 cup Cooked Pindi Chana
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 4 Whole Wheat Medium sized Tortillas
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves – (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper small (chopped)
  • 1 Onion large (chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped without seeds)
  • ¼ cup Lettuce (shredded)
  • 4 tbsp Guacamole
  • 1/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese –(shredded)
  • 2 Jalapeno (Chopped)
  • to taste Hot & Sour Sauce

Method for "Pindi Chana Burrito":

  1. Take a tortilla, place pindi chana, rice, chopped veggies, guacamole, cheese, hot & sour sauce, chopped coriander one by one on the top of each other in the center
  2. Now wrap the tortilla carefully so that it get fully closed from it's all sides.
  3. Heat a pan and put the tortilla wrap and grill it from both sides until cheese gets melt and veggies, pindi chana and rice gets hot. Repeat the process to make more burritos.
  4. Serve immediately.
